Privacy policy

On your device

Without an account, your progress, settings and imported tracks stay in your browser (local storage and IndexedDB). Nothing is sent to us.

With an account

• Account: your email, display name and a hashed password, plus sign-in sessions (a cookie keeps you signed in).
• Progress: XP, scores, missions and badges, synced so they follow you across devices.
• Verified rounds: the drill, score and time of rounds played online, for leaderboards and your history. Your display name appears on leaderboards.
• Library: audio files you choose to back up, with their titles and tempo data. They're private to your account.
• Billing: if you subscribe, your plan and subscription status. Dodo Payments handles card details; we never see them.

Who processes it

• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Convex: stores account, progress and billing records.
• Cloudflare: domain, DNS and storage for library audio (R2).
• Dodo Payments: payments, tax and invoices, as merchant of record.
• Audius: free tracks you stream come from Audius; they see the request.
• Cloudflare Workers AI: if you use the Pro coach, your scores, course week and any goal you type are sent to an AI model on Cloudflare to write your plan. They aren't used to train models.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Uploads that never finish are deleted within days. Billing records may be kept longer where tax law requires it, by us or Dodo Payments.

Your choices

• Export your progress any time from Settings → your data.
• Delete your account from Settings: we remove your account, progress, library files, rounds and leaderboard entries, and cancel any subscription. Past weekly podiums stay without your name.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct it, at support@homeskool.space.

Children

homeskool isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
